Terrible lack of communication. Although someone did come out right away to look at our issue, that was the last time we heard from them. If they couldn't do the job, then they should have given us the respect to inform us that they couldn't do it, but nothing. Never heard another word from them. Must not be a very knowledgeable operation either because we found someone that was able to fix it, and did a great job too I might add.
