So I contacted Josh at Start it up in a very stressed state, my mower hadn’t been running for a couple weeks, the grass was high, my schedule was crazy and I needed to get my work done. He offered to come early if I needed and he did which was so great for me, he let me kinda work alongside with him and learn as he troubleshooted the mower and of course he got it running! Josh did an excellent job fixing my mower. It was finished on time for the price quoted.
The support from the community has been beyond words! I am proud to begin this journey and business venture. The customers have been kind understanding and respectful that we are just starting out and dream of a garage and parts store. Applied to be Coleman warranty shop in the region we will know soon. They went above and beyond to help me. Even though it took twice as long as it should have to change my tire because I didn't have the special key for my rims,he made the trip to oriellys and got the right one. And charged me no more than he quoted. Well of course I'll call you guys again. Thanks for being there. JESSE LINDSEY.
