Start elevator failed in so many ways. Had a contract on 2 buildings (2 elevators) billed monthly, yet did not show up monthly. The months that they did show, they failed to service and maintain our elevators. We had an outside company inspect the elevators, and were notified that the elevators were in massive disrepair. Motors, oil, door tracks, and even the basics were not done. I do not recommend, they are not honest.
