This place has been a place of refuge! My daughter has a lot of struggles and they go above and beyond to help her for about 3 years now.(this office is new but before in Houma). They fight to get every service that we can to try to help her every need. They work with family to create a game plan to help in whatever area you need. Thank you to all the staff and professionals here! Our lives have been hard the last few years but you have truly made a difference in making it somehow better.

Lack of communication and professionalism. The lady I spoke with in the case management department kept trying to turn it around like i was trying to blame my potential case manager for communication errors when i didn't even so much as imply it. The problem was my assessments have always been done over the phone and i was never told that that was any different now until today AFTER i called to see what was going on.
