Start clinic doesn't care about the patients. They will not help you, God forbid you need a medical excuse to continue food stamp benefits, housing aid, or to exempt you from juror duty. Dr. Muhammad Yashin will not give you a Doctor's note, to prove you have a mental disorder, even though he's treating you for a mental disorder. Have always had good experiences with this place up until my last visit. I believe my psychiatrist's name was Muhammed Yassin or something like that, and the dude is what I would imagine A.I. in a human body is (robotic). Dude wasn't even remotely personal with me in terms of my well being and trying to understand my needs. Not only that, but the lady at the medication window confused the hell out of me for a moment because I was trying to ask about my Zoloft, and she didn't know that setraline and Zoloft are the same thing ... read more
The service was horrible. After waiting for more than 2 hours the doctor came in. He saw me for less than five minutes and changed all of my medications that have been working for over 5 years and added a medication for epilepsy that I do not need. When my pharmacy tries to get refills, they cannot get in touch with the doctor or the clinic to get a refill on any medication. I have now been off of my meds for over 6 months. They changed my case worker from Kathryn White to Tanika Johnson I have lost snap housing and my insurance with them and this case worker I am on the streets living in ditches and any where I can get food dumspwrs I am crushed to be treated the way cause no help thank you start coeporation.
