Brock Larson is one of my all time favorite fighters so it was a bucket list item to be able to train with him if only for a day. Everyone was so nice and pleasant. Top notch instruction and such a friendly and kind atmosphere. Alot of top talented guys there. If you are in the St. Cloud or surrounding area I highly highly encourage you to sign up at Start BJJ.

Great training every time I visit. After 21 years of training Jiu-Jitsu, it’s not often that I leave a class having learned something new, but every time I train with Brock Larson, I pick up valuable details that improve my game. Great BJJ gym and even better coaches and people. My husband has been training here for years and my daughter has been in kids class for the last year and loves it. I love that the sport teaches discipline and that there is a real sense of belonging in this place. Check it out, you won’t regret it!

I’ve trained all over the state and Brock Larson has the best gym around. Fantastic space and great instruction in a family friendly environment. Home to both professional fighters and moms/dads/kids looking to get in shape or learn self-defense.
