Place is in the cut. You can easily miss it but Marc communicated very well with me. Marc is an excellent technician and seems to be an all-around good guy. He explains your car’s needs and breaks down the cost very clearly. He came highly rated for foreign car repairs. He charged me a quarter of the price I was quoted at the dealer. More than fair. I recently visited Star Surplus One, and I have to say, Marco truly goes above and beyond for his customers. Initially, I had scheduled a drop-off for my car to be inspected, but due to a sudden change in my circumstances, I had to wait for it instead. My experience was excellent. While the potential payout could've been far higher if they'd done everything that my car required, they completed exactly what I needed done quickly and at a reasonable price. They did the research and provided me with options, then worked with me based on what I needed. I absolutely appreciate the work done and would be happy to take my business to them again.
