We recently had an NRL final cruise on the Starship Sydney. Amazing experience. A huge shout out to the crew and hospitality staff. Staff serving food and the bar (although absolutely swamped) were polite and courteous. Even the floor manager rolled up his sleeves and got stuck in. Great leadership. Despite the usual complaints like “she went the wrong way with the food!!!” My husband and I have nothing but praise for those above and below decks. Cruise with international tour operator program for Sydney Marathon. Very bad experience, too long (2h incl. 45min at slow speed to approach the deck). Very little choice of beverages or food included in the offer, not enough seats for the guests…who will run 26 miles less than two days later.
Had our wedding on starship and it was an amazing experience, what I didnt like was when i was busy greeting my guest all the food I was eaten halfway was taken off my table
