If I could give negative stars, I would. We are new to the area and my husband wanted to get his hair trimmed before heading out to a conference he is speaking at. The ratings looked good, so he came in as a walk in. A younger Asian man was his barber. My husband's known for his mullet. He has had it for 3 years until today! He asked for a trim and now all his hair in the back is gone! We're both over 50 and our hair doesn't grow like it used to. Not sure if he'll ever get it back. I do not recommend this place at all for women’s haircuts. I went in asking for long layers with curtain bangs, but the result was nothing like what I requested. The stylist skipped the most basic steps of a haircut — my hair wasn’t even dampened before cutting. They used large scissors and started cutting randomly in different directions without proper sectioning or checking for symmetry.
