I placed 2 ordered with them. 1st order went great and was a pleasure to do business with them. 2nd order I waited over 3 weeks even after payment because they forgot to put it through. I was still very happy with the product. Still came back to place another order and customer service got horrible saying I’m doing too much and the owner refused to take my order of +$900. Great quality but customer service is trash.

This WAS a very professional business. They silk printed my work shirts and a few sweatshirts with the logo of my company. They walked me through the process of the logo design on the computer and it came out perfect exceeding my expectations. Thank you! Well that didn’t last long. I called to ask if l can bring more garments to get silk printed since they already have my design and Mark was very short and told me they didn’t accept customers garments for silk printing l proceeded with an email to the lady that made the logo... read more

Want to start off with saying thank you Luke for the excellent customer service. Placed an order of 24 shirts. Custom multi color logo with names and numbers. Quality was excellent extremely please and will be a returning customer Hot Stuff!

I am still waiting for my order it was placed on December 8 2023, here it is March 4 2024, no email response for a eta on it called multiple times, called last week told it was going to be shipped the next day no confirmation on it being shipped also paid for priority shipping. This is not acceptable. There is no reason good enough for an order to take 4 months.
