I placed an order TEN weeks ago and they still “haven’t gotten to it yet” so I cancelled the order. I called twice before today and was told both times that they would go down on the floor and get things moving. It’s pretty obvious that small orders like mine get zero priority. I will be relaying that sentiment to others in my local who might be thinking about ordering from this business

The attention to detail that Stars and Stripes Silk Screen and Embroidery brings to their work is simply unmatched. I sent them a very specific design for embroidery, and not only did it turn out exactly how I imagined, but the stitching was perfect—no fraying or mistakes. They really take the time to ensure every project is flawless. Highly recommend!

I recently reached out to Stars & Stripes for embroidery services, and I was quoted an exorbitantly high price—before they even asked for essential details like the garment size or stitch count. When I questioned this, I was then told they don’t recommend embroidery on t-shirts! This inconsistency makes it clear that the initial quote was arbitrary and not based on industry standards.
