I had a very good, fast and professional experience with Stars and Stripes. They patched a hole in our carpet from one of our dogs with great cosmetic result and in a very quick, professional and friendly manner. I have no concerns or complaints and plan to deal with them again for some additional carpet needs over the coming months.

Jeremie and Jenette cleaned my carpet today. They were both friendly and professional. They were also very prompt. They showed at the appointed time and finished as promised. I really enjoyed meeting them and their work was excellent. I plan to recommend Stars and Stripes to my friends.

Jermie England is a remarkable person. He took an active role in coordinating the clean up efforts at my house. We have a very large home, and there are many carpets. Jermie personally coordinated all of the efforts in removing, cleaning, and then putting back the carpets in our house. He coordinated a team of guys not only to move the furniture around(free of charge), and put in the carpets, but also to move the furniture and remove the carpets initially.
