I went in to rent a U-Haul, but because it was a one way rental, the owner wanted me to bring the U-Haul back the same day. I made mention that this was a one way rental and he insisted on fabricating that the vehicle I requested was not working. I called the corporate office and he even got disrespectful with the agent at the corporate office. We needed roadside assistance through U-haul to fix our trailer that had a faulty jack. The jack had no hydraulic fluid resulting in the jack getting stuck and the trailer not being able to be removed from our truck. 2 guys (looked as though they could have been father and son) from this company came out to fix our trailer. Both were extremely rude. They literally were about leave us with a broken trailer because they claimed the emergency brake was what they needed to fix. It was very CLEARLY the jack. I rented twice in two days. Wonderful customer service: very helpful and accommodating. Angel, the owner, even came out and showed me where to return my vehicle and the keys after hours. I will definitely use them again!

Loaded my entire house on this beautiful 27” truck… It even has cruise control. Angel is a wonderful person. Always makes the process easy!!
