Brian has saved me a lot of money. Voss Honda told me I needed front brakes and rotors. This confused me because when I checked my past receipts, it hadn’t been but 25,000 miles since they were replaced previously. I had Brian look at them and he showed me that they still have more than half of their life left. Then, my wife had a little incident and I had to have a body shop fix a door. I witnessed an incredibly disturbing and offensive conversation taking place between the owner of this business and a delivery driver 2 feet away from the entrance. The conversation included openly racist remarks, stereotypes, and hate-filled generalizations about Black people. As a biracial person, I was deeply affected and made to feel unsafe simply standing nearby as I typically do.
