Have used Star for a service on one of my tubs and also bouit a reconditioned tub with them. They were reasonably fast fixing my issue with my tub and was very happy with their help with that. On the reconditioned tub it was a great deal and delivered it timely. The tub has had 2 kins since installing, but Kyle and his team have been very responsive in fixing those issues under their 1 year warrenty. Definately would recommend.
We were given an appointment and they showed up on time They were very courteous and skilled They did an excellent job and we are very pleased
6 out of 5 stars. Kyle was very professional and knowledgeable to get my spa up and running after years of sitting. Jessica and Alysa were super helpful with scheduling around our busy schedule.
Awesome. Kyle came in an emergency and prevented it from freezing. Cost was super reasonable. Kyle and the receptionist at Star were both extremely accommodating.
