Awesome therapists!
Kathy, Reid and Stacy have been incredible service providers and have been assisting my husband for almost two years recover from a catostrophic injury. The dedication and care they’ve provided matched with years and years of experience is truly the best in the treasure valley. We truly don’t know where we would be without them. This is getting ridiculous. I had 2 visits only so far, since last month. Since then the last 3 visits in a row have been cancelled. I'm already on the wait list as is. The next appointment is in 2 days. If I am cancelled I will most likely discontinue going through STARS. We as patients are expected to show up and if we don't we get discharged.

The providers here are constantly cancelling appointments and it just felt impossible to get into any sort of routine because of it. The front office staff called to let me know the provider was not going to be in for my appointment the following day and offered to reschedule me out a month later and said they’d need a new referral. I told her I didn’t want to continue making appointments with them and she happily said that she’d close out the referral. I just don't feel like they really care for their patients.
