Kathy, Reid and Stacy have been incredible service providers and have been assisting my husband for almost two years recover from a catostrophic injury. The dedication and care they’ve provided matched with years and years of experience is truly the best in the treasure valley. We truly don’t know where we would be without them. Surgery fixes 20% of the problem and physical and occupational therapy is the other 80%. The true stars I mentioned have accomplished many milestones along this journey. This is getting ridiculous. I had 2 visits only so far, since last month. Since then the last 3 visits in a row have been cancelled. I'm already on the wait list as is. The next appointment is in 2 days. If I am cancelled I will most likely discontinue going through STARS. We as patients are expected to show up and if we don't we get discharged.
