Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. I've notice every time I come in with my sister there's new staff at the front desk and no one knows what they are talking about. No one returns calls and scheduling is a nightmare. The front office manager is also a nightmare to work with and is extremely rude. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN.

At the beginning when my cousin was starting her physical therapy for an injury she endured at her work, Peggy was very nice and polite while I accompanied my cousin. But, as soon as I stopped accompanying her, my cousin who speaks very little english but understands quite a bit of the language started describing what Peggy was really like.
