At the beginning when my cousin was starting her physical therapy for an injury she endured at her work, Peggy was very nice and polite while I accompanied my cousin. But, as soon as I stopped accompanying her, my cousin who speaks very little english but understands quite a bit of the language started describing what Peggy was really like. My husband came to STARS after a major stroke. He received excellent care from his physical therapist Kailey and by the time he left, he was walking independently and well on his way to recovery. He also received excellent care from his occupational therapist Heather. She gave him exercises to do that retaught his brain the things he needed.
