Hi. My name is Frank Horvath I have been a loyal supporter of the stars lottery but after this year no more , here's why I bought my ticket around 15th of January they asked if I want the ticket to be mailed out to me I said sure here's the kicker . I still have no ticket to this day even after 2 phone calls asking where is it. First call they said they would look into it and have one sent out . Always been a supporter of this cause but now they've changed the payment provider which only allows credit card payments. I've already sent in a request about this but still have seen no change. It's very short-sighted to raise money and only allow credit to be used. Why not debit Visa and debit Mastercard like we had every other year?. I feel like you're going to fall short with this choice. They're doing the same with the big brothers big sisters and it's a terrible choice of provider. Drop them now while you can

when put on hold , an announcement keeps playing, when on hold for a long time this is enough to drive a person crazy , once or twice stating the announcement that u are busy is quite enough
