Very clean and very nice
Hi everyone, I share my experience with all of you guys who read the comments, the worst experience I have had here, I had a party here and they didn't do what they promised me. I could give zero stars if I could, from customer service to food and amenities, the customer service is ridiculous. I could write more if I had time. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
Hello, Sacramento Community, I wanted to share my experience regarding a recent wedding held at Star Hall on February 9. Prior to booking the venue, the owner confirmed the menu and we were assured of good service. However, our experience was far from what we were promised. Upon arriving, we were disappointed to find the venue in a poor state. The restaurant was extremely dirty, with unclean tables and floors. I just called them to get information of how much they charge and what is the maximum capacity and what have you. The guy refused to give me pricing. How do you expect business when you refuse to give pricing!? Dude made it seem like we're doing a million dollar deal and then I have to come and show my face and so he can read me if I'm legit or not . Relax dude tell me a couple of thousand dollars.
