I had a 2 small wasp nests at my entrance door and Star exterminator(Gil) came to the rescue the same day I called!! He was very knowledgeable and thorough! He came the next day to spray again when we had a few wasps left over and called two days later to check in and make sure we were happy with the results. The prices were fair too. I would definitely use this exterminator again in the future.
Very disappointed. I called this exterminator for a roach problem and got a service done. Just 16 days later I reached out because the problem was still there — I was left on READ . My husband called from his phone and was told it was a one‑time service with no guarantee and that we’d have to pay $225 for a follow‑up. After just paying $250! Excellent service! He was our Superman of the day for killing all the mess and bugs
Called and got a fair estimate. Showed up in less than an hour and took care of a huge hornet nest. Called back a couple days later to check in on us. Great service, highly recommended!
Camilo was prompt (answered on a Sunday and came within 24 hours, honest, and had a great attitude. I would rehire him without hesitation.
