Manager openly yells at the employees. One imperticily, you knew was new at the job. I am there often. Mr. I'm in charge, I heard will my ears, started yelling at this young man, loud, using swear words, about how slow he was. When he brought my food, I asked him how long he had worked there. It was his 4th day, of his first job. I won't be back, I can't support this kind of treatment and total disregard about proper training and treatment of the human race. He would not like being treated in this manner!
Um. No. Went to three different spaces to press the order button and didn't work. The third one finally worked but the guy didn't repeat my order. Fix the buttons!
Service is great and people are friendly. But for what I pay for ice cream is ridiculous. I ask for extra Reeses on an Avalanche. I went to sonic, got the same thing without asking for Extra, and got way more candy for half the price. 5.60 for an Avalanche with little candy? No thanks. Would rather drive to sonic Any day
Food was fresh and the employees were very friendly. Not the fastest fast food joint, but the food was good enough to make me want to return. Try the grilled chicken sandwich!
the food is good,but soggy.the drive-thru could be a bit faster.sometime orders are wrong.not the best but i can deal with it.
You have to be very careful when you go too this place. When they advertise their specials they will always charge you the regular price NOT the sale price. ALWAYS CHECK YOUR TICKET !!! Every time I go to this place they have over charged me. And then they will argue with you about the price. I have gone for my last time. The manager is very rude and should NOT be in this position. Only go here if Sonic is closed or it's your LAST resort.
I have visited the restaurant and it is one of the best. Everyone is so friendly and the food is great. They are also very fast. To the other reviewers, of course 99 cent burger means just that, of course they have to charge for cheese, how else do you think they would make profit? If you don't like the 40 cent charge for cheese, well add cheese to it at your house. I love this restaurant, they are fast, friendly, and they have great prices.
