I waited over 3 weeks to get an appointment and had to use vacation time to take half a day off work since they don’t do evenings or weekends. They told me the tech would be there between 9-11 but no one ever showed up and they called right at 11 to tell me the tech was running at least an hour behind. Granted it was a bad weather morning but they said the tech took longer during their first appointment of the day. Stars Chimney Service just installed a see through fireplace for me right before Christmas. I researched several companies but when I visited Stars to see what they had in their showroom I was immediately impressed by Ed's knowledge. He came to my home to access the job as it was not an easy undertaking because of installation (stone had to be cut and retrofitted with the pre-existing fireplace). It was a 3 visit installation. They were very flexible and provided excellent customer service. Jessica was super polite and patience when dealing with my busy schedules. I would highly recommend them!!
