I don't know why the woman who operates this hair salon is so rude and arrogant. On three different occasions. The 1st I went there I asked her to do it for me in a certain style and she refused. She went and did what she felt like which I was so unhappy with. The 2nd time I did a walk-in and arrogant she responded to me and indicated that if she had never done my hair I couldn't do a walk-in yet I had been there before and I left.
