We are disappointed the way front desk gave us the appointment even though the office does not deal with complex pediatric dentistry. Waste of time for us and them. Not sure if they billed us for the visit.
The dental hygenist and dentist were both concerned with the health, of my teeth. It was a positive experience. I do have one suggestion. How about allowing patients to choose to have the window blind open and the tv off? This is a new review, 8/11/25. While Dr Carn, the Dental Assistants, and the Dental Hygienists are competent and concerned, the front counter employees are not so much.
