Took my son’s car to Starr’s this morning to diagnose/repair and issue he has been having with his cooling system. They kept me informed the whole way, very friendly l, and knowledgeable!
I am very pleased with Starr's Automotive. After passing them on 98 for years, I finally needed a tow out of Navarre Beach last week. Not only did they arrive with a tow truck in <45 min, but they repaired my truck and had it back on the road in less than two working days. Like the cost of anything these days, the repair was higher than I would've liked. But when you get customer service like that, value goes up! I will be sure to call on them for future automotive repair needs. And you may, too!
Very good quality work.. Provided detailed cost and work explanations, did not try to push unnecessary repairs. Felt very comfortable and easy to talk to. I will go back for any further repairs.
Starr's not only fixed my truck, but they also towed it for a reasonable price. The fuel pump control module decided to call it quits with my son in the car. They were friendly, professional and reasonable. I would go back here again without hesitation.
I have been bringing my vehicles to Starr's for years and they have always done a great job.
