Dr. Whittaker has been my grandmother's doctor for many years. My grandmother only has positive things to share about her. I was moved to make this 5 star review when my grandmother told me that she expressed to Dr. Whittaker that she thought she was "too old" to go on a European family vacation that we have planned. Dr. Whittaker encouraged my grandmother and told her that she was not too old to go on a family vacation. Dr Whitaker is okay but the Clinic is the worse place I’ve seen in my life. They are rude and it takes over two days for a response through the portal, and that’s the only way you can communicate. My yearly appointment was canceled and I needed to get in before changing jobs and insurance so I had to see Ingold or whoever she was. I sat there an hour and then with her another 30 minutes going over every detail of my normal blood work, whatever she put in the notes made insurance not pay for the visit so it was all for nothin... read more
I just recently started seeing Dr. Whitaker and she was god sent. She listened to me, she ordered labs and test that I needed that my last primary doctor never took the time to do. Shes very relatable, she talked about her husband and kids with me and I didn't feel rushed and that's important to me. Definitely glad that she's my new PCP
