Grass is phenomenal lush, knowledgeable staff. And if looking at reviews, dig a little deeper and see a commonality of reviewers comments and outlook on life in general. Who complains that Krispy Kreme donuts aren't good?
Went in for some Bermuda grass, just needed about 10 pieces and they had some a little over a week old. Didn't even charge me.
Called to reserve two pallets of bermuda in lewisville, and lady told me she had some in Lewisville went to go pick it up and was in sunnyvale. Had to wait to next day to pick it up, then went to get it and grass was worst qaulity grass ive seen.
