I hired Starr as my day-of wedding coordinator with the expectation that she would help alleviate stress and ensure my big day ran smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. Completely disappointed and disheartened at the unprofessionalism and disrespect I feel we were given at our wedding ceremony. Communications with Starr had been fine prior to. Never would’ve expected her to have such a terrible attitude the day of our wedding and communicating in the manner in which she did to the coordinator. My decor for my daughter’s baby shower was beautiful. Very elegant and exactly what she wanted. Starr made her day. I’ll definitely use her service and expertise again for all my events!
