Wow, I have been speechless since meeting Star. Let me just say as a fellow event planner I can appreciate attention to detail and great customer service. Start did not only exude both but she went above and beyond with my vision. We were working with a small space and I was afraid I was not going to have room for the balloons and backdrop. I hired Starr as my day-of wedding coordinator with the expectation that she would help alleviate stress and ensure my big day ran smoothly. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. From the rehearsal, things were off. She arrived unprepared, asking questions about details we had previously discussed—something that made me uneasy going into the most important day of my life. Completely disappointed and disheartened at the unprofessionalism and disrespect I feel we were given at our wedding ceremony. Communications with Starr had been fine prior to. Never would’ve expected her to have such a terrible attitude the day of our wedding and communicating in the manner in which she did to the coordinator.
