The LED screen provided for our event on Sunday, July 3, 2022 by Starr Sound Systems was defective and resulted in a disrupted event. The low quality equipment had spots all over each panel and multiple panels were glitchy and flashing the entire film. The employee who was handling the event attempted multiple times to unplug the panels to fix the issue, without success, which resulted in many times of the screen being half black. RecommendedExcellent service and perfect gentleman. They walked me to my car and make sure I was safe after the show. Our previous sound company would leave the building after midnight without a care as to whether or not the women working the event were safe.
