I have had many mammograms over the last 15 years. This is the first time I’ve had one at this center. I have had some discomfort in the past tests but this was more than discomfort. This was horrible pain! My breasts were pulled so hard that the skin under them is red raw and injured. It was so hot in the testing room. I am disabled and have chronic pain, and I understand I am a bit more of a difficult patient but it was clear the staff was not prepared to test a patient with my issues. Wonderful people work there,very kind but,patients need something better to wear!You are told to put on this weird shawl type gown a bandana and all your sides and belly fat hang out and it's super chilly.
My experience was really good with the staff and their efficiency at doing the mammogram. one star less than five rating is due to the Gown that they give you to put on. I guess it's supposed to be like a cape that they're too short and you feel naked. But again the service was excellent management needs to do something about those gowns
The staff are so caring and kind.
Friendly staff, zero wait time, in and out in about 30 minutes. Results were mailed and super fast.
