I cannot say enough great things about leasing the last 5 years from Starr Properties. They are extremely personable, helpful and reasonable. They really care about you and will go above and beyond to show this. The Starr family is wonderful and we feel blessed to have been their tenant.
We have lived in the Wind River Circle neighborhood for four years, and had a wonderful experience. It is a great place for families looking for a diverse neighborhood; many residents are from South Korea. Lots of kids around. The seclusion of the street allows a safe area for kids to play on the street. Grocery and other shopping at a walking distance: Walmart and Hyvee are notable chains nearby.
