Had a sewer back up in our basement. Called Starr and they were here within the hour. The two men were very friendly and professional. They found tree roots were the problem and snaked the line multiple times to get them out. They verified a clean line with a camera and recommended a root killer treatment every couple of months. I highly recommend.
The plumber did a great job although we wanted the faucet fixed and not patched so they can come back and get paid to do the actual repair job. And then they charged 80 an hour to do it but he was only here about 30 minutes. Got billed for 2 hours. So there's 160 just to start cuz why not tack on an extra hour. Plumbers in New York city get 36 an hour plumbers in lincoln get 24 an hour. Plumbers in Fairbury get 80 an hour.
