I’ve been trying to chase my property manager , it’s been a month. I’ve been calling, texting but haven’t heard back from them. Same behaviour from all the team. Doors needs to be fixed, i can’t lock the doors of my apartment. Very unreliable and unresponsive.
I’ve rented through a few different real estate agencies before, but Starr Partners has genuinely been one of the best experiences I’ve had. This is now my second rental property with them, and the service has been consistently excellent, be it from reception calls, Charlene who is always best on the phone to the property managers and team . I've recently needed assistance on our Rental property , Rose Issa was more than "on top of it ", with constant communication via emails and calls our job was looked at promptly, highly recommended working with Rose , a caring and kind person .
Unprofessional Strata Mgr Daniel A. Buy Key duplication for Complex gate required 5 weeks. April AGM reported all good, but May emailed COO no Fire Certificate for 14 months and must complete $30K quotation for rectification by June. Careless or intended double charge on one service in two quarterly financial report. No apologies.
Unprofessional.
