I am giving this review because of Jannat Khan (previously it was Haroon Saboori), our Strata Manager. He is so prompt in responding and taking action that I am forced to write a review. Extremely professional. We just have to inform him and then he takes the responsibility and ensures the matter reaches to its conclusion. Thanks Jannay and keep up the great work.

I am baffled as to how this business could have a 4.5 rating, we have been using them for some years now and will hopefully change this year. My experience is they are slow to respond, rude, there is little to no follow up, ill advised, simple requests take multiple emails. I would not recommend dealing with this company at all. When seeking quotes, they always use the same contractors which is questionable. Surely there are more than three companies in all of Sydney. To summarise they are inept.
I’ve been trying to chase my property manager , it’s been a month. I’ve been calling, texting but haven’t heard back from them. Same behaviour from all the team. Doors needs to be fixed, i can’t lock the doors of my apartment. Very unreliable and unresponsive.
