My Strata Manager Brandon has been great to deal with. He always replies to my emails quickly, sorts out issues without any fuss, and really knows his stuff. It’s such a relief having someone reliable who actually gets things done. Definitely makes everything so much easier!

We've had Katrina Low as our Strata Property manager for our Merrylands property for a few years now and she had been amazing to deal with and we have renewed with Starr Partners for longer term. I used to live in that property and turned into investment. Our property is well looked after and she addresses our concerns she also liaised with my property manager in a professional manner. 5 Stars would not be enough, but Katrina is the main star! Thank you again for managing our strata property, you are doing great!
