Would not recommend this real estate to anybody, very unprofessional, very unorganised, when you need support they will not help you. I was with Minto Starr Partners for a little bit over 2 years. If you are looking to rent, this is the wrong place.
Unprofessional and have no idea best the owner goes buy a bread shop ! Minus 10 stars
There are times when you need support solving issues with rental properties and there are no contacts or faces to negotiate with. The Real Estate agent is your only point of contact, putting them in an often uncomfortable position in the case of problems or disputes. I found this very upsetting because that real estate person is the one who has to manage the stress of both owner of the property and the person making a complaint.
