I Saw add flat for sale in Kingswood near to station , and I called and she called me on Saturday for inspection. I saw the flat and liked it I was sent an online offer form,I offered 390k. I got a call from Chayle Wiffen can you extend it I said I will speak to Sukhwinder Singh who is your colleague , when I spoke to mr singh he said offer 400k and the flat is yours.
