We had a great experience, I was worried that since my A/C went out on July 3rd around 11pm that we would have to go wait until the 5th of July before getting any service (because of the holiday). I called Starr Mechanical at 8:06am on the 4th of July and I was back up and running around 9:40am that same morning. The service technician Chris was really polite and explained what issue was, and was able to get us back up and running really quick. I would highly recommend Thank you John Holman
Terrible customer service!!! can’t even get ahold of them and when you do, they are extremely rude.
Driver should I leave on time for work so they don’t have to drive down the road speeding and tailgating.
