sharing this from a customer. Connie Chard "Had them come out on a Saturday as main septic line was backing up into home. Technician was out quickly and was very professional. 1st time needing tanks pumped/filter cleaned since moving in. Technician explained maintenance needed and was very through and professional. Excellent job for a very reasonable price. Thank you!!"
Had to share this . Customer at XXX Steelton Road - Berlin The gentleman who serviced the septic was very professional and very polite. Could not have asked for better service before he left he made sure to see if I had any questions or concerns.
I had DiMeglio's come and do a a clog and they never resolved the issue. the kid who does evaluation does not know nothing about the job. Finally, I had to call Starr, and they listened to me and sent a Tech on Thursday. He spends about 3 hours and found the clog issue and did an amazing job. Special thanks to Mr Andreas and the team and the whole office at starr who listened very diligently. I wish I knew about Starr Septic. way before and i will never recommend anybody to DiMeglio.
