I called & Starr Electric (& trusty assistant) came within 30ish min. Turns out it was a We Energies problem so Starr called for us. We Energies showed up within 15 min & we were restored within 5 min. Starr electric contacted us later in the evening to make sure we had power/heat. They also called the next day. That, my friends, is great customer service!
