We’ve used Starr Carpet Cleaning for a few years and plan to continue to have them come for our annual carpet cleaning. They were here this past week, and Austin was very kind to answer my questions and was respectful and friendly. I felt safe having him work in my home. The carpets look great, and I feel better knowing my little kids have clean carpets to play on. Starr is a great company, zero reservations about recommending them.
Austin did an amazing job. He was very professional and exceeded our expectations! Highly recommend for any cleaning needs. We will definitely use Starr Cleaning in the future.
Prompt, courteous, diligent. He got right to work, treated all stains and problem areas thoroughly and then steamed the whole carpet paying special attention to the stains until they came out. Highly recommend. Will use them again.
