I was coming here consistently during my first year at CSUN. This place has a good and wide selection of different makeup products and the threading services are alright. However, as many reviews state do be prepared for get followed around the entire store. You would think that coming every week to restock (I wear a LOT of makeup, on top of doing people’s makeup) would make them remember me or at least be mindful that I haven’t stolen anything. I love this placeee!! So friendly, over time from going there so often I’ve gotten to know the beautiful staff. Prices stay affordable, definitely a loyal costumer with me. 😊
I have tried a lot of eyebrow places this is by far the best. Bhawna is so a professional and amazing and she so gentle with it and honestly I always go back because of her amazing work. I went back there 2 times again this week but she was not there can I please know what time and days she’s working there next week?
The ladies here aren’t exactly friendly, but today I felt humiliated. Ruby asked me to sit down. She said something to another worker standing next to her and laughed. The other worker turned, looked me up and down, and laughed too. They kept speaking in their language the whole time, and I felt Ruby wasn't really paying attention to what she was doing. I guess I have to look for another place.
Ruby was great for upper lip and brow threading! Quick and didn't mind that I asked them to be a little thinner. New go to spot!! Woohoo. Julie (I think) has some pretty good Recs for beauty products. Thank youuuu
