I’ve been coming here for over a year now for eyebrows, but after today, never again. First, the woman was wearing WINTER GLOVES as she threaded my eyebrows. Very unsanitary and made it easy to lose control/precision. Second, this was the most painful eyebrow threading of my life. I’ve been getting my eyebrows done for over 10 years and it has never hurt this bad. ONE OF THE EYEBROW LADIES CALLED MY EYEBROW UGLY AND BAD.
Bought a brand new liquid eyeliner, opened it the same day and it was dried up and empty. Also bought a little bag of brand new rings and 2 of them came dented and misshaped. Did not like how the workers followed me and my cousin around, we didn't even have purses/backpacks with us.
