First time using Starpoint and did an ebay order. Same day dispatch and very friendly and helpful. Will deal with again John was terrific.
John is super reliable, showed up when he said he would and got straight into it. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to explain what was going on in a way that actually made sense. On top of that he’s a great bloke, easy to deal with and genuinely helpful. If you need an auto sparky, I’d definitely recommend John. Absolute legend.
My car battery went flat while I was driving, and John arrived within 30 minutes to check what had happened. He quickly diagnosed the issue and went straight out to buy a new alternator to replace it for me. He was incredibly fast, kind, and honest throughout the whole process. It’s such a relief to find a reliable mobile mechanic I can truly trust. I will definitely call him again if I ever get stuck on the road. I couldn’t recommend him highly enough.
John arrived at the time he said, was friendly and very knowledgeable, he proceeded with diagnosis by process of elimination until he found multiple issues he repaired, absolute gun with auto electrics, would highly recommend John
