Overall experience, turn out to be good, but in the beginning was awful. Seem pretty busy there’s a couple open tables. No one sitting at the bar, sat down at the bar. I’m half Polish my mother’s Polish from Poland. so I spoke to the woman in Polish and I asked her if it was OK to sit there at the bar she answered back to me and English said no you can’t sit here. Bardzo serdecznie polecamy. Wzięliśmy z tatą Żurek i barszcz- przepyszne. Na drugie danie pierogi z serem i ziemniakami oraz gulasz wszystko smaczne i gorące. A porcja bardzo sycąca.
One of the best restaurants in all of Chicagoland. Our server was super kind and quick and answered all our questions with ease The ambience of the place was top notch. The place was quiet and cozy and the music was at the perfect volume. We ordered the Special for 2, the Lamb Goulash , the Devolay, some coffee, and blintzes . The goulash was very meaty and hearty, everything in the special was delicious, but the Devolay was only okay. If you are in the Chicagoland area I would 100% recommend trying this place!
