We were having a shower replace our current tub and needed pipes repaired and moved. When he asked about where to move the pipe, I was unsure. He never indicated the impact it would make on Hope much he tore up the floor of the shower. Since this is something they do, he would have known. It cost us way more than it should have to replace floor tile as a result because of the size of the bathroom.
Very quick response time and efficient. They did great work and are very personable. We have used them numerous times in the past and would highly recommend.

The Starnes Brothers are absolutely THE BEST plumbing company in McKinney TX and probably the best in all of Collin County as well. The pressure reducing valve outside my house blew out yesterday evening. They had installed a new valve just 3.5 months ago. They showed up this morning and repaired the valve and had our water back on before 11am. All under warranty and at no cost! Brian and Brett are awesome!! Very highly recommended!
