5 stars Service and quality of product!
If you deal with Starnes pallets you will get your money stolen from you. You will get quoted a lower price but then when you go to pay..they will upcharge you. Not only are they crooks, there are some questionable people employed there that may not be United States citizens. I have never saw such thievery and rudeness. I would definitely go to another pallet service. Kamps or 48forty are on point.
Very friendly, Family owned, great people from top to bottom.
We always had a good experience working with this company. We needed specialized heat treated pallets for international shipping and they were one of the only ones locally that could provide them quickly for us.
