Never used this company. Starnes Collision Center wrongfully detained my vehicle for 23 days. Used my detained vehicle to force payment for work that was never done. Horrible experience. The owner is very rude and un-professional.
I recently had the fortune of dealing with Casey and the good people at Starnes Collision Center. Admittedly, I know nothing about cars -- so when I found someone had hit the side of my car while I was having lunch, I was a bit lost. A little google searching and I narrowed my options to a few, Starnes included.
