An absolute nightmare to get ahold of. Just be ready to be doing all the leg work as a customer - because service is a miss. They do handle the issues once you get ahold of the right person. That is after you battle to get ahold of person…. And if the person you get knows what they are doing.
I have been trying to pay my premiums for two months now and there isn’t anything online to help with this
Customer Service is not good. Charging Deductables on what should be 100% covered expenses after being a member over 20 years!
The woman on the phone was rude and not helpful. I sent in a form and was asking why I never received anything back confirming that it was received and she says it’s handled by another department and they don’t have a phone number, which I don’t believe. I then asked well do they have an email and she says yes and then pauses and says do you want it? Literally always a negative experience which is I was dropping them in the first place.
