So father just had surgery and they placed him in the icu. I just got there and just wanted to get information so I can pass it along to the family. As I was walking into the icu, I saw them roll my dad in there. A nurse came out to me so incan get the information. The nurse came out and said, "you saw the bodyright?" Although It seems my dad was fine, I corrected the nurse and said, you shouldn't be saying the body, you should say, you saw him or something else. I had a mixed but mostly positive experience at Chapman Global Medical Center in Orange. The hospital feels older and could use some updates, and communication could be better in certain areas. However, the nurses and medical staff were kind, professional, and attentive. During a stressful time, they made us feel supported and cared for. Overall, the staff made the biggest difference in our experience.

Old bldg sink in my bedroom didn’t work so I got ecoli AC didn’t work and my room had to have been 80. No tv in your room. Some nurses were great some shouldn’t be working. No call button so patients hollering NURSE day and night. It was literally hell.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Don’t come here. I was only here because there was a mix up in my insurance. I was here on Christmas morning for my gallbladder stones, to which I was told I was going to have a surgery to remove them. However, that was not the case. I stayed 3 days after completely unattended, was told the doctors didn’t know what to do and the supervisor in ICU was being so rude about visiting hours and refusing to let my wife stay with me on Christmas night.
