The girls at Starlux are the best lash experts I’ve ever been to, and I’ve been a client for 3+ years. Tina is my regular go-to, but Anna has been great as well. They are fast (I’ve gotten a full set in 1.5 hours many times) and it has always been easy to get an appointment, even next-day. In addition to being skilled, they are simply sweet, kind girls who do everything they can to accommodate their clients. DO NOT GO HERE! The girls are nice but the manager Anna Mai is completely rude and incompetent. I went here a couple of times and I have gotten charged different prices every time! They always try to charge more unless you speak up. Super sketchy! The pricing on the website is not accurate at all and they charge you more for paying with a card but I think is because then you have no proof of purchase and if something goes wrong you are screwed. I went to 3 other Lash salons before my friend recommended Anna that works at Starlux. She does such an amazing job always leaving my lashes full and looking natural the way I like them. The Other salons I went to in the past didn’t really get the look I was wanting or I had a lot of my natural lash fall out as well. I also went to the other technicians that work here and they do an amazing job everyone. Thank you Starlux for keeping my lashes always beautiful. <3. ;)
My friend and I went and got a lash lift & tint. The service was good but at one point the perm solution was burning my friend’s eye and when she said something to the woman working on her, she did nothing to help. Since then, our lashes have fallen out or gone completely array. I think it’s because they used extra solutions that were not needed and left them on our lashes for too long.
