After my primary retired I was moved to Dr. Gygis practice. I had to wait nearly a year to get an appointment. I showed up at the appt. (After canceling plans and a trip because I did not want to miss this appointment after waiting so long) only to be told it had been cancelled and the Dr was no longer with the practice. No idea why I was never informed - or why Dr. Gygi is still listed as the physician at Starling Family medicine.

Dr. Gygi was very nice & helpful when I first met her a year ago. I waited 8 months to get a 1st visit after my previous doctor left the same practice. Since that time, I’ve had more than 1 visit canceled and was told upon showing up “You should have been notified.” Well, I wasn’t notified and I drove over 20 min to get here. I show up for a rescheduled appointment and was told I couldn’t be seen because I arrived a few min late due to an accident on the highway. I called to tell them this and no one answered. Excellent physician. Thorough in her approach and helpful with corrections, exceptions, information and always a way to move forward healthfully!
