Loved Dr Jigisha Morosky help me so much.
I was rushed through the entire visit. Within seconds, the nurse started coming into prick me. Instead of going over what was going to happen or what may occur. The check in nurse who was taking my vitals was rude and was not clear on her questions as to what she was looking for. Everyone just assumed I knew what they were doing. Once the doctor came in, she talked way too fast and didn’t really listen to my concerns. I will never be going back to this facility.

Staff was courteous. Dr. Morosky was very informative and spent plenty of time explaining everything to me.
Dr. Jigisha Morosky was entirely unhelpful, condescending, patronizing and dismissive. I had to hold back tears of frustration and discouragement while I had to very strongly advocate for myself and my symptoms. She was not willing to investigate the root cause of my hives, and instead recommended to just treat the symptoms. She outright told me that she "doesn't know why this happens" with no confirmatory testing, just assuming it's not food or environmental based on patient history, and wrote it off as stress-related hives... read more
