I absolutely adore this office. The staff are insanely friendly. I spoke to sue to reschedule my appointment and she was super sweet. I’ve been going here for almost a year and they are consistent. I’ve had plenty of bad experiences with doctors but this place makes me feel the best.
The receptionist was so rude, I was looking to switch practices but she was obviously annoyed I dare ask a single question. Will be looking elsewhere…
had a really frustrating experience with this office. I missed my appointment because the reminder was sent to my old phone number, even though I’ve tried updating my contact information. When I called to explain and asked if I could reschedule, I spoke to Sue and she immediately had an attitude and told me she couldn’t reschedule, which made no sense. I absolutely love my OBGYN and this office, the staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming: They are very organized and this I appreciate because so am I and in a professional setting if things start of as a mess, me personally, I will not go back to the place. And Dr. Morosky (might be spelling his name wrong) he’s super friendly and makes me feel very comfortable unlike some OBGYN’s.
